In some rare instances, you may need some help with a return. Don't worry! The following information will help you process your return:

All returns are covered under 30 days Return Policy.

Return Instruction:

- Please notify us as soon as you need our return service via Return Management Form. To request a return, simply fill out and submit a Return Management Form to obtain a Return Management Number (RMN) prior to returning any item.

- It may take up to two business days to process a return request. The Return Management Number (RMN) will assist us in processing your return timely and correctly.

- You will receive a Return Management Form with a Return Management Number (RMN) and return address by email.

- Repack the products with packing materials.

- Please write the Return Management Number (RMN) on outside of the shipping box you sent to us.

- Please print a copy of the Return Management Form with the Return Management Number (RMN) include inside box with the return items and packing list. 

- Simply return the item to us: shipping prepaid and please ship back return items using a service provides Tracking No. and Delivery Confirmation. We recommend that you may use the original shipping box and packing materials for returns to ensure a safe delivery.

- We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been received and processed. You will be credited in the same manner as your original payment within 4 business days of receiving the returned items, but not the shipping charge unless the return is a result of our error. Please allow at least 2-3 business days for your credit to appear on your statement. Specific turnaround times may vary by card issuing bank.

Please do not return any item without a Return Management Number (RMN).

Exchanges

-   We do not currently offer exchanges on Hairlosstoregrowth.com. If you would like to exchange your order, simply place a new order and return the first order.  Once you decide to return the first order, it will fall under our standard Return Policy.
