In the interest of hygiene, items can only be returned if they are in unopened, unused condition with original packaging. You should return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

We need to confirm a safe return delivery to process your full refund. Deliveries refused or undeliverable to the address provided by the customer will be refunded less any actual shipping costs plus a packing and packaging charges incurred by

Based on the original invoice, you will have a full refund on items you purchased. The actual shipping charges plus a packing and packaging charges incurred by are non-refundable. Some orders include free shipping, if you return part of the order that our actual outbound shipping costs may have chance to be deducted from your return refund. Some orders purchased on bundle promotional price, so if you return part of the order, the actual refund will be recalculated based on the price of the items you keep. Some orders have been collected points, if returns happen, the sum of the amount generated by the number of points will be deducted from the points. A return of part of your order will not result in the delivery charge refunded.

We are making every effort to prevent delays. The order will enter into shipping process once all items are available. Items cannot be cancelled online once the order is in this status. Please visit Ordering for more details.

An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If customers refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy. Unfortunately, we will not refund for return orders later than 30 days from receipt.

To request a return, please fill out a Return Management Form and then submit it to obtain a Return Management Number (RMN).  For more information, please visit Return & Exchanges.


Wrong, Defective Items 

Uncommonly, if you received wrong or defective items. Please Contact Us by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt. We will issue you a RMN number and give you instructions for returning the items. Undeliverable Orders

We take every care to ensure your order is delivered to you promptly. Please make sure to enter correct recipient’s name, delivery address, email address and phone number. If you pay by credit card, please check the card type, card number and expiry date are correct.

Occasionally, orders are returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, recipient’s refusal to collect the parcel or make import declarations. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable parcel to us, we will issue a refund by deducting the actual shipping fees plus a packing and packaging charges incurred by


Please note: For APO/FPO, Canada and International return orders: we do accept returns from APO/FPO, Canada and International addresses, but does not pay for any shipping at this time. We recommend that you use a post office shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit.
